Abstract

DM Tipe II merupakan salah satu jenis dari berbagai jenis diabetes melitus yang dapat menyebabkan komplikasi seperti kerusakan ginjal, kebutaan, hingga ulkus diabetik terutama di kaki yang menyebabkan amputasi. Senam kaki adalah aktivitas fisik yang dapat membantu kesehatan kaki pada penderita diabetik. Tujuan : Menilai penerapan senam kaki terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah tidak stabil (Hiperglikemia) akibat DM Tipe II Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ciamis. Metode : metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan pengelolaa 1 kasus dengan asuhan keperawatan sebanyak 3x pertemuan dalam 3 hari. Sampel : Ny.M penderita DM Tipe II di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ciamis. Hasil : penurunan kadar gula darah sewaktu setelah 3x pertemuan.
