Vaginal discharge (Leukorrhea) is a fluid that comes out of the genitalia, smells or doesn't, doesn't bleed, and is accompanied by local itching. This vaginal discharge is a normal condition that often occurs in women. One of the reproductive health problems faced by women is vaginal discharge, so education about leukorrhea is needed, one of which is through booklet media. A booklet is a small book, to convey health messages in the form of writing and pictures. Objective: To analyze the influence of education about leukorrhea with booklet media on the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescent girls in grade XI at MAN 2 Ciamis. Methods: The research method used was pre-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study is 188 people. The sample in this study uses Simple random sampling using the slovin formula with a sample of 66 respondents. Results: The results of the study based on the level of pretest knowledge were mostly in the good category as many as 53 people (80.3%) and the posttest results in the good category had a change of 65 people (98.9%). The results of the pretest attitude were mostly in the positive category as many as 38 people (57.6%) and the results of the posttest in the positive category there were changes as many as 63 people (97%). Based on the results of the wilcoxon test, it shows a sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < α = 0.05. Conclusion: So there is a difference or there is an influence of education about leukorrhea with booklet media on the level of knowledge and attitude of young women in grade XI at MAN 2 Ciamis.
