INTERVENSI TERAPI GENERALIS SP 1-4 PADA KLIEN HALUSINASI PENDENGARAN AKIBAT SKIZOFRENIA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS CIKONENG

Schizophrenia is a neurological disease that affects perceptions, ways of thinking, language, emotions, and social behavior. Positive symptoms that often appear include hallucinations. Hallucinations are perceptions that are received by the five senses in the absence of an external stimulus. Auditory hallucinations are conditions in which the patient hears voices, especially the voices of people talking about what they are thinking and ordering them to do something. One of the nursing interventions in schizophrenic with sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations is with generalist therapy (implementation strategies / SP 1-4). Patients schizophrenic with auditory hallucinations. This research was conducted by descriptive method and literature study method. In the descriptive method the approach used is a case study by managing one case using a nursing process approach. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, physical examination, etc. The sample in this study was a schizophrenic with auditory hallucinations in the work area of the Cikoneng Health Center in Juni 2022. The results of this study obtained an evaluation of the generalist therapy intervention (SP 1-4) which was carried out for 4 days on the patient's implementation strategy has been resolved and achieved ie the client can control his hallucinations by knowing the implementation (SP 1-4).
