Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) adalah virus baru dalam keluarga coronavirus yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV- 2), penyakit yang pertama kali dilaporkan pada akhir tahun 2019. Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia telah melaporkan cakupan vaksinasi Covid-19 di Indonesia hingga januari 2022 jumlah penduduk Indonesia yang mendapatkan vaksinasi Booster vaksin ketiga Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Gambaran Hasil Pemeriksaan Imunoglobulin M (IgM) pada Civitas Akademika STIKes Mumahhadiyah Ciamis yang sudah vaksin Booster. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif, yaitu memberikan gambaran antibodi IgM Covid-19 pada yang telah vaksin Booster. Dalam penelitian ini besar sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 36 responden. Diperoleh data hasil IgM rapid test metode Immunokromatography pada Civitas Akademika STIKes Muhammadiyah Ciamis yang telah vaksin Booster sebanyak 36 (100%) sampel didapat hasil IgM negatif.
