Spirituality is awakening or self-enlightenment in the purpose and meaning of life and is the most basic part of a person's overall health and well-being. Drugs can cause various mental disorders, such as anxiety disorder using drugs which can cause severe anxiety and even panic attacks. Spirituality in the patient is very important, actions for mental patients must be more than the pressure of spiritual action. A person who has good spiritual well-being is sufficient to feel happy and grateful for God's provision, does not complain and always remembers God in various conditions. Purpose: This study aims to determine the spiritual picture (prayers, dhikr, Al-Qur'an) in people with mental disorders due to drugs at the Ar-rahmaniyyah Bojong Islamic Boarding School. Method: This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used used observation as research instruments. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents. Sampling using total sampling technique. This research was conducted on July 5, 2023. Research was carried out at the Ar-Rahmaniyyah Bojong Islamic Boarding School. Results: Respondents who had high spiritual beliefs were 28 (93.3%) respondents and low were 2 (6.7%) respondents. Conclusion: Spirituality (prayers, dhikr, Al-Qur'an) in people with mental disorders due to drugs at the Ar-rahmaniyyah Bojong Islamic boarding school on average have a high spiritual level.
